For over 25 years Med-Tech Support Services has been setting the standard in bio-medical equipment repair and preventative maintenance. Located in Grand Rapids, Michigan, we are a second generation, family owned business servicing equipment throughout Michigan. We have a wide range of customers including nursing facilities, clinics, physician offices, correctional facilities, hospitals, and veterinary offices.

We are available by phone Monday thru Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and work hard to respond promptly to emails that come in through our contact form. Our goal is always to solve your equipment concerns over the phone hopefully eliminating the need for a service call, but if it’s needed, we will schedule an appointment time at your convenience.
